Parenting Advice & Support
In addition to the weekly Oasis group, we offer one-on-one advice for families with young children.
Home visits can be arranged to provide practical parenting support, tips and encouragement for stressed
parents. We offer helpful information on parenting including a resource library and some educational events.

And what do parents think about Oasis?

"Wonderfully inclusive. I have made some great friendships, as have my girls. Everyone involved
has always shown me and my family love and care with no strings attached, even visiting me at
home when our baby was born."
- Amy, Mum of a 4 year old

"My 2 year old daughter enjoys joining in all the sessions and singing. I am seeing her ability to
follow instructions, as well as her self-confidence in social situations grow significantly from her
experiences at Oasis"
- Sarah, mum of a 2 year old

"A wonderful community service, practically free given what is on offer all for a gold coin donation!
Fantastic facilities, Pukekohe is very lucky to have this."
- Alex, Dad of a 3 year old
